WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING Last year was a really turbulent time for me and my family. I struggled to cope and was spiritually crushed. By the grace of God I found Sarah's website and signed up for the Reiki masters. I thought the course would be a way to advance me as a beauty therapist and masseuse. Without me knowing it then Sarah facilitated major emotional and spiritual healing. I enjoyed the weekly classes. And slowly without warning I shifted to a happier, peaceful place within me. Thank you so much for a lovely learning experience. SH. I am Janet Cronje' I had previously done my Usui Reiki 1 and 2 with another Reiki master but felt something was lacking. My business partner Julia Mare' surfed the Internet and found SarahK's website. We immediately signed up for the Ethereal Crystals Master Practitioner's course. We included one of our freelance staff members as well. That is SarahK's policy that she teaches small groups of 3 or 4 people at a time. She taught this course on Good Friday as we are business people. In other words she will see people and fit in with peoples busy schedules and gives hands on and indivual attention which was very much appreciated. In fact we did then find out how our Reiki 1 an d 2 was lacking. Sarah did a revision and we did our Masters with her as well. I think I still have a tremendous amount still to learn on my spiritual path and I certainly have found the person that makes learning a meaningful and fun experience.
I first met Sarah at a very difficult time in my life. I wanted to explore alternative therapies to help with a 5 year battle with depression and Bi-polar. I was expecting some new age “guru” type person and to be honest was quite nervous about the whole process. However, Sarah is a very down to earth real person and she made me feel very relaxed and welcome. The first session I had with Sarah was a Pellowah healing which was a gentle healing technique. It was incredible and there were huge energy shifts in the process and it was the beginning of my journey with Alternative healing. My first course with Sarah was her basic crystal course, which was really interesting. I was hooked and ended up buying some Crystals to take home and begin working with Crystals. I now use them all the time. I then learned Reiki I to III with Sarah and the entire process has really helped me on my journey to healing. I now use Reiki on anyone and everything who wants it and have just set up my own Reiki practice. Sarah is an incredible healer and the healing sessions with her are gentle and powerful. She is a great woman and shows a lot of support and love throughout the healing sessions and the training. Sarah’s training techniques are fun and interactive and very practical. She is extremely approachable and as a student you feel comfortable enough to ask questions and try all the techniques on yourself and on others. The course material is also very good and there are is a lot of additional information that Sarah shares in her classes that help with all areas of your life. I still have my manuals on my side table and refer to them all the time. I am blessed to have met Sarah and blessed to have been trained by her and would highly recommend her to anyone interesting in her healing therapies or anyone interested in being taught by a great woman and a fantastic teacher. Understanding the Vibrational Bands of Reiki

From Ascended Master Buddha, we have learned that there are a total of eight vibrational bands for the Reiki energy spectrum, with Lightarian Reiki occupying the six highest bands...

First Band...Usui-based Reiki These vibrational frequencies create the foundation for all Reiki energy work. After one is attuned to the Usui levels and works with those energies for awhile, an individual may feel compelled to move beyond this introductory stage....to accelerate his/her pace of spiritual growth and the raising of personal vibration.

Second Band...Karuna Reiki As the individual feels motivated to continue to expand within Reiki, one can enter the second band of the spectrum occupied by Karuna Reiki Masters and the Lightarian Buddhic Boost.

Third to Eighth Bands... Lightarian Reiki Beyond the second band, there are six additional higher bands of Reiki energy, called Lightarian Reiki, which offer the most powerful healing energies available from Master Buddha.

The Vibrational Frequency of any other Reiki form can easily be worked out from their prerequisites. E.g. If you need Reiki Masters, obviously it fits into the frequency of Karuna Reiki etc.
